Booking details

  • Minimum stay of 3 nights
    In the case of a booking gap, a 2-night stay would also be possible
    Short-term supplement for 2 nights € 100/ person
  • Minimum stay of 5 nights over peak season (July & August), Christmas and New Years Eve.
  • Minimum occupancy: 2 people per house
  • Traditional check-in is not available as there is no reception on site. Our guests will receive the access codes on the day of arrival.
  • Check In: 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
    Check Out: until 10 a.m.
  • Dogs are welcome in House Fire and House Water – for a fee of € 75 – please let us know in advance if you are taking your four-legged friend with you.
  • Due to their construction, our houses are not suitable for children under 18 years of age.
Booking conditions:

A deposit of 50% of the travel price is due within 14 days after the booking, the remaining 50% are due 14 days before arrival. Different conditions may apply for special rates, please refer to the information on your reservation confirmation. A deposit of 100% is due for short-term bookings.

Payments can be made via bank or PayPal.

Cancellation conditions:

3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total price

1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price

In the last week before arrival 90% of the total price

On the day of arrival or in the event of early departure, 100% of the total price
