Spectacular and home-bound: In July 2019 adventurer Hermann Berger opens his Four Elements Chalets number two and three, nestled between the Gesäuse and Kalkalpen National Parks in Styria. The two exclusive houses tower over an up to 60 meter deep gorge of the Salza mountain river. The Charlets with direct access to the river and a private beach are about one and a half hours away from Graz and make adventurous hearts beat faster. A dip in the cool water, an individual rafting tour or a romantic evening around the campfire make the river a hotspot for active people. The two national parks invite to hiking, jogging and climbing.
“I travel a lot, I am very athletic and I love challenges and activities. My home is always powerful, and I want to bring this energy source closer to my guests, “says operator Hermann Berger, describing his concept idea. And shares this passion with his sister Gabriele Berger, who realized the life of the place inside the chalets: the river as inspiration and the surrounding nature are reflected in the form of local materials such as linen, wicker, natural stone and wood in the interior design.
